Local first. Private iCloud keeps your devices current.
A link is fetched only when you choose it
Importing from a link requires internet access and contacts the website you entered. Pasted text, files, and supported photo reading are handled on your device.
Backups remain in your hands
Supperbook creates a portable .supperbook.zip file. You
decide whether to save it, move it, or share it through Apple’s share
controls.
Your kitchen saves locally first and syncs through private iCloud. New native installs sync automatically unless you turn it off, and a portable backup remains the safest way to recover from deletion or move data outside your Apple account.
